MEET THE OWNER

Jill Sparrow, MSW

OWNER

After graduating from the University of Michigan with a Master's degree in Social Work, Jill has spent her 30+ year career in older adult services, working at both the direct service and program management levels across state and local organizations, supporting older adults through life transitions. Her career spans direct client support to program development and process management in aging services, giving her deep knowledge of the aging process, community resources, and the clinical skills needed to guide families through complex changes.

As a Senior Move Manager, Jill helps older adults organize, declutter, downsize, relocate, or age-in-place with dignity. Having assisted with numerous relocations—her own and her clients'—she understands that moving isn't just logistics; it's about honoring memories while creating space for what's next. Her approach combines gerontology training with genuine compassion, addressing both emotional and practical needs.

Jill assesses each client's individual needs, preferences, and family dynamics to develop personalized solutions. She works collaboratively with families and local service providers to deliver comprehensive, coordinated support.
